This afternoon the Government Accountability Board has filed the certificate of sufficiency and order regarding the recall petition filed against Senator Wirch, and scheduled the recall election for July 19, 2011. A copy of the certificate and order is attached.
Attorney Levinson, we do not have an email address on file for Senator Wirch or his campaign treasurer, so I would appreciate if you would forward this information to Senator Wirch and his campaign committee.
